Brian & Patti Busby, Owner's of Old Buzzard's Off-Road & Fabrication, LLC
We're Brian and Patti Busby. Brian started working on vehicles at age 7. At 7, he started learning to weld from a family friend. By the time Brian was in High School he had been involved in several large welding projects and built a performance engine on his own. While in High School, Brian attended the Delta-Montrose Vocational Technical School (Now TCR) for their agricultural/industrial diesel program. Upon graduating from High School, Brian traveled to Laramie, WY and attended WyoTech for their Automotive Program, Specializing in Chassis Fabrication & Street Rod. Brian has been building vehicles for 25+ years, specializing in Jeeps and Off-Road since 2000. Brian & Patti started building Jeeps together in their driveway and garage in 2014 when they reunited after growing up in the same town and working together as teenagers. Since 2014 they have built and sold numerous off-road capable and esthetically pleasing Jeeps. Now operating out of a 2,400 square foot shop, the possibilities are endless. 1994 One-Ton Cherokee
This 1994 Jeep Cherokee had Dana 60s with a front Artec truss with Full Hydro was built out of spare parts over 3 weeks to meet a deadline. This very capable Jeep was built to go anywhere!
1987 Jeep Comanche Resto-Mod
This 1987 Jeep Comanche was striped down to bare metal and completely rebuilt from the ground up including the original Comanche Chief decal pinstripes on the door, lower body panels and hood. With a new crate Inline 6 and a Flowmaster exhaust she is not only easy on the eyes, but sounds like a real beast should. With a 6 1/2 inch spring over conversion and rough county lift, 4.88 gears with lockers front and rear, AX15 conversion with 231 T-Case, slip-yoke eliminator and Teraflex 2 Wheel Drive Lo Kit there is no obstacle that will stand in her way. Bilstein 5150s, Procomp Black Steel Wheels wrapped with 33 inch Xterrain tires she offers a smooth, yet capable ride. Armed with Dirtbound Off-Road Sliders and Rear Bumper and a JCR Vanguard front bumper she is well protected from trail mishaps.
